Private Investment Office
Permanent capital for businesses built to last.
Larius Partners is a private investment office investing the capital of a group of long-established families. The Firm makes direct investments across venture capital, growth equity, buyouts and pre-public equity, with commitments of US$50 million to US$1 billion per company, without restriction as to sector, geography or structure.
Investment Strategies
Venture capital to pre-public equity, under one mandate.
Venture Capital
Early-stage and Series A–C investments in companies developing artificial-intelligence infrastructure and frontier technology.
Growth Equity
Primary capital for established companies with a demonstrated model and the capacity to multiply revenue over a five- to ten-year horizon.
Buyouts
Management buyouts and management takeovers; majority and minority buyouts; recapitalisations.
Pre-Public Equity
Late-stage private rounds, pre-IPO financing and structured capital for companies preparing to list or recently listed.
Direct Investments and Co-Investments
Direct transactions led by the Firm, offered to the families and investor groups on the Larius Family Office Platform for co-investment on identical terms.
Exclusive Private Equity Opportunities
Access, for Platform participants, to private equity opportunities sourced through the Firm's family and industrial relationships that are not available on the open market.
Capital
Permanent capital, deployed with a broad mandate.
The Firm’s capital is permanent. It is not subject to a fund life, a deployment schedule or a requirement to realise investments within a fixed period. Investment decisions are made on the basis of long-term strategic value rather than short-term performance, while retaining the ability to act decisively where circumstances require it.
Larius Partners is deliberately broad in its mandate. The Firm considers opportunities across stages, sectors and regions, and has flexibility in both transaction structure and capital structure. It is prepared to support situations that more conservative capital would consider high-risk where the management team, the business and the terms justify it.
We hold
Permanent capital: no fund term, no deployment target, no obligation to sell. The Firm underwrites a business over a ten-year horizon and holds through cycles.
We decide in writing
A written investment thesis before commitment; a clear decision, with reasons, where the Firm declines. Counterparties receive the Firm's reasoning, not a form letter.
We back people
A committed management team with a demonstrated record of execution is the one fixed requirement. The Firm invests in operators who intend to remain.
We look further
The next generation of founders and operators, including those without prior access to institutional capital of this scale, evaluated on the same basis as any other opportunity.
We stay discreet
The affairs of the families, the Platform and the companies the Firm invests in are conducted with the confidentiality their own affairs demand.

Family Office Platform
The families behind Larius.
Larius Partners is backed by several high-profile, long-established families. The Firm also operates the Larius Family Office Platform, an investment and co-investment platform through which these and other families invest alongside the Firm in the transactions it leads. Platform participants access deal flow, underwriting materials and syndicated opportunities through the Investment Portal.
Submit an Opportunity
Submissions from founders, management teams and investors.
The Firm accepts direct submissions from founders, management teams, their advisers and family offices. Every submission is reviewed by the investment team and receives a written response within ten working days.
